In the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or reschedule the event.
Rain Date / Rain Out Policy:
If the event cannot be completed as scheduled, it will be rescheduled for the following weekend unless otherwise announced. All tickets and pit passes will be honored on the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Ticket Sales Policy:
All ticket and pit pass sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather delays, partial programs, or rescheduled events.
Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Bud’s Speedway reserves the right to alter the event schedule, participating divisions, or program order without notice and to deny admission or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the enjoyment of others.
